A lovely independent house located in the small, historic village of Gallio, in Rezzonico. There are fantastic panoramic views from the properties hillside position. From the terrace and two balconies, you can enjoy amazing views across to Varenna and Bellagio which is the point where the Lake Como divides into two legs.
The house is arranged over four floors and sleeps up to seven people. On the lower ground floor is the kitchen and dining area. The living room and Satelite TV & DVD entertertainment and one of the two bathrooms are on the ground floor. The Master bedroom and second bathroom are on the first floor, followed by a cosy second bedroom with three single beds in the attic on the second floor. From the kitchen, there is access to a good sized terrace looking out towards the lake. A great spot for 'al fresco' dining on a warm summers evening with the breathtaking scenery of Lake Como all around you.
